On 2 September 2017, Shabbir Khan formed a new generation and energetic law firm to practice under the name S & S Associates. The firm has a well-established client base and is growing in step with a rich and successful history and well-established client base support. With Managing Partner and two Legal Practitioners, S&S Associates is a registered law firm in Malawi registered under Business Registration License Number: MBRS10769. The Firm is well established and its offices are currently located at Pamodzi Office Park in Blantyre. We offer a full range of corporate and commercial legal services, including but not limited to, a Comprehensive consulting service, dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, employment, finance, company restructuring, real estate, tax, trusts and estates. The firm’s client base includes both local and international companies across a broad range of Sectors, ranging from emerging businesses to multi-nationals, as well as public sector organizations.
