Shabbir Khan
Founder and Managing Partner of S & S Associates.
He founded S & S Associates in September 2017 after nearly 8 years of practicing in some two major and respected law firms in Malawi. He draws from that vast experience to offer various legal services regarding a variety of matters from pre-litigation throughout all phases of litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree obtained at Zanzibar University in 2010. He is duly admitted to the Malawi bar and practicing the law in all courts and tribunals in Malawi. As a private practice legal counsel, he has presented and conducted a lot of successful matters that led to joy and satisfaction to many clients retained.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
The Managing Partner has also been involved in finance negotiations, security instrument preparation, general drafting, conveyancing, regulatory requirements and negotiations of offshore financing facilities. He has keen interest in both transactional and litigation aspects of financial services law. She extracts from it great experience in terms of conducting her legal services. Zaida Khan-Msisha holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree obtained at Zanzibar University in 2013. She is duly admitted to the bar and practicing the law in all courts and tribunals in Malawi. She is an active litigator and has conducted quite a number of triumphant matters ever since her admission to the bar.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree and Certificate in law obtained from Zanzibar University in 2012 and 2007 respectively. He also holds a Certificate on Election: Referendum and Election Observation and Methodology issues of Administrative law obtained in 2010 having participated in a Workshop organised by Centre for International Mobility under North South South project of the Government of Finland in conjunction with Zanzibar University.
